Fade Friday – Ande Whall Grifter (7 Months, 1 Wash)

We’ve been chatting with Ande Whall off-and-on over the past week to see how things are on his end.  For those unaware of the situation he is currently facing, his operations and shop were destroyed earlier this year in February when New Zealand was hit by a devastating earthquake.  For further reading, seeNew Zealand’s Finest, Quake Donations Needed!“.

As is the case with most most affected New Zealanders, Ande is keeping very busy with the rebuilding process and no firm re-launch date has been set.  Though we might be getting ahead of ourselves, we thought we would take this Fade Friday opportunity to gear up for Ande Whall‘s future return.

The Ande Whall Grifter is a beautifully handcrafted raw denim that utilized 13.5 oz. rope dyed cotton sourced from the Okayama district in Japan.  As seen below, the fade result speaks for itself.
