Converse x Concepts Cone Denim All Star Chuck ’70

Now your Canadian tuxedo comes with matching shoes. Boston-based store Concepts recently collaborated with sneaker icon Converse and Cone Mills to produce a version of the All Star Chuck ’70.

The shoes are made of raw denim from Cone Mills, of course, but to keep things at least a little interesting, they’ve crafted the left shoes out of left-hand twill and the right shoes out of right-hand twill. The fabric is a deep dark raw indigo with a really even texture that Cone is known for producing.

Down the road these shoes could be a worthy contender for Fade of the Day with some gnarly fades and perhaps even some darning repairs. Other features include triple-needle stitching and a natural canvas lining. The shoes also come with 2 sets of laces.

If you’re in need of matching shoes for that formal event in Vancouver, you can pick these up for $110 over at Concepts.
