Denim by Premiere Vision is preparing for its sophomore outing in Barcelona this November 19-20. Further upstream from brand-based shows like Capsule or Liberty Fairs, Denim by PV assembles all the biggest names in denim textile and accessory production so brands can source the best materials for their upcoming seasons.
You may remember our exploits at last season’s show, where we chronicled the new fabrics and accessories on offer from Nihon Menpu, Cone Mills, Kuroki Mills, among many others.
This show presents offerings for the Spring/Summer ’16 season (gotta scout far ahead in this business) and features the theme “Gangs of Denim”. We’re excited to see how that comes together after they went all out with a gigantic roulette wheel for May’s theme of “Play the Game”.
Last season’s show brought together over 4,000 industry pros and they’re hoping to top that this year, so if you’re in the business of buying or selling massive quantities of denim, get yourself out to Barcelona–I’ll see you there!
