Rogue Territory 9oz. Nep Denim Western Shirt

In their latest release, Rogue Territory goes all cowboy on us with their Nep Denim Western Shirt. It’s made of a Japanese 9 oz. 2×1 weave neppy selvedge denim and includes some of the same classic details you’d find on your dad’s old Wrangler sawtooth. Pearl snaps are used on the button placket as well as on the sleeve cuffs and chest pockets, both of which have the traditional western flap. The back yoke is also reminiscent of old school western shirts flaunting a classic widow’s peak shape.

What makes the shirt a part of the RgT family are the extra little details. For instance, the shirt is cut on the selvedge, which can be seen on the inside of the button placket as well as both of the sleeve plackets. Rather than finishing the entire garment with snaps, navy cats-eye button fastens the collar for a subtle touch. You’ll also find hidden pockets within the chest pockets and a single pen pocket at the left chest pocket.

Like a true western shirt, it’s meant to be worn as a shirt and not an over shirt, so the cut is slim. You can grab one on the Rogue Territory website for $255.
