Dutch denim purveyors Tenue de Nimes and globetrotting leatherworkers Travelteq come together to make an exclusive pair of laptop bags in a recent collaboration. The collaboration matches fine Florentine Vacchetto leather with Japanese crafted selvedge denim in a bag built for the modern day traveller.
Measuring at about 15.8″ x 11.8″ x 3.2″, their ‘Trash” laptop bag can hold laptops up to 15″. In addition to the laptop compartment (which is also shock resistant), the bag includes compartments suited for a cell phone, sunglasses, a cigar/pen, 3 zippered pockets and 1 large zippered compartment. Other details include an outside pocket for plane tickets and an outer leather strip made to attach to a suitcase.
The bag comes in two styles. You can opt for the leather version with denim detailing for 540 Euros (~$678) or for the denim version with leather detailing for 450 Euros (~$560). They’re handmade in Tuscany, Italy and are limited to just 30 pieces for each version.
