Amsterdam Denim Days 2015 Returns April 13-18

The red-light city of Amsterdam is turning blue for the second annual Amsterdam Denim Days. You may remember our coverage from last year (part I and part II), which brought together all of Europe’s indigo titans like G-StarDenhamand the Kingpins fabric show as well as smaller brands like Benzak Denim DevelopersEat DustBlue Blanket, and Tulp Denim.

The weeklong festival is primarily geared towards industry members with the seminars trade shows, but with the Blueprint show to meet the people behind your favorite brands and the indigo setup in the city center, there’s more than enough to satisfy denimheads in the general public.

From the official Denim Days press release:

Amsterdam will be transformed into a rhapsody of blue from 13 to 18 April 2015, during the second edition of Amsterdam Denim Days, the ultimate festival for denim aficionados. In addition to the invite-only Kingpins Show programme for businesses and the ‘Kingpins 2029, Transformers’ seminar, several events will be open to the public.

Various retailers and other participants will be hosting the week-long City Center programme, and the Blueprint denim festival, scheduled to be held on the Westergasterrein site on 17 and 18 April, will feature a selection of leading denim labels, special workshops, exclusive denim items and exhibitions, bands and DJs, along with ‘culinary entertainment’.
