I love Carhartt and Filson just as much as the next self-appointed menswear aficionado. But today’s Fade of the Day reminds me of how much of a workwear poser I really am. Reader Chris wore his Levi’s 501 STF jeans for a mere 3 months and has already achieved more fades than most have in a year. That’s because he puts his jeans to hard manual labor as he works in heavy construction. Although he hasn’t had to have any repairs just yet, I imagine that’ll change before the year is over.
