We can’t confirm whether or not reader Josh DuVall, owner of this pair of Nudie Thin Finn Dry Ecru Embo, personally knows Santa Claus, but he does hail from North Pole, Alaska, so we have our suspicions.
Yuletide connections aside, he’s also got some respectable fades on his hands and, owing to the fact that he lives above the 60th parallel, these jeans have been both frozen in snow and washed in mountain lakes. Not that they’ve seen much water, though; they’ve been washed six times, and soaked twice, over the last five years. They’ve also received a number of repairs, including from Nudie themselves, and a local seamstress who’s given Josh a hard time for constantly bringing in the same pair of jeans. Riding his longboard probably played a small part, we think.
