In what is being touted as their most exciting collaboration to date Real Japan Blues in collaboration with The Flat Head (RJB’s parent company) and UK retailer Rivet & Hide have released two versions (raw & one washed) of the latest selvedge jeans inspired by TFH’s 3002 fit.
Woven from Zimbabwean cotton, the tapered jean is rope dyed following Japanese traditions, with deep indigo coloration, and a texture that echoes the brand’s obsession with quality. Slightly tapered, the mid-rise unsanforized 14oz. jeans are crafted in a signature left hand twill and manufactured in Japan. Among the many features are copper riveting and iron buttons with a custom leather patch and chain stitched hem. The look is somewhat clean and simple, with subtle details, which creating a unique product that showcases quality and design sensibility.
