RRL has rolled out an impressive take on the Lee 101J, in the form of the Lot 271 Denim Jacket. Similar in style to the iconic Levi’s Type II but with its own rich history and cult following over the last 70 years, the 101J is eminently worthy of such inspired iterations.
RRL’s Lot 271 is constructed with a left-hand twill 13.6oz 3×1 Japanese selvedge denim. Sawtooth detailing runs up the placket, which finishes with a brass button closure and point collar at the neck.
The Lot 271 is a jaunty blend of cowboy and city slicker, with its high contrast stitching, slim fit, and defined double-stitched seams. It’s a solid addition to the more staid, practical silhouettes of fall. Available from Unionmade for $490.
