After months in the pipeline – the idea was originally proposed back in January – Snake Oil Provisions has announced their latest boot silhouette made in collaboration with Massachusetts shoemaker, Alden.

The Broadway Boot uses, in SOP’s words, a ‘luxe mahogany’ oiled leather that should develop a deep patina. Tonal stitching, natural welt (recraftable as always), brass eyelets, and four speedhooks outfit the boots. And, burly as they might seem, the Alden’s wedge sole takes some oz.’s off the scale.  The boot is also on Alden’s widest Trubalance last (the same they use on the popular Indy) so you should consider sizing down.
