Saturdays NYC Shearling Emil Cone Mills Raw Denim Jacket

Here’s a decently made but very uninspiring jacket. Saturdays NYC has made a decent market share for themselves in the Steven Alan-o-sphere by stoking the Northeastern surf aesthetic. They created this identity for themselves with a very well edited bi-annual magazine of the same name, which they used to sell t-shirts and jeans of Save Khaki level quality at A.P.C. level prices.

They shut down the authenticity mine (magazine) earlier this year and all that’s left is the merchandise, like this shearling lined trucker jacket. Made in USA of Cone Mills denim, it’s pretty much a Lee Storm Rider clone but stretched vertically in photoshop and with a more rectangular body shape. And check out the size on that collar, son?! You could probably use that fluff for earmuffs with a simple pop, or it will at least cover dandruff.

All this can be yours for $285 at Saturdays.
