Fade Friday – A.P.C. Petite New Standard (6 Months, 2 Soaks)

One look at this pair of A.P.C. Petit New Standards and you may be wondering how they ended up in this week’s coveted Fade Friday spot. Sometimes all it takes is a little perspective, though, which reader Jordan Smith has provided us by sending some photos of his jeans on a blank white background where we can truly appreciate the insane collection of fades he has achieved in a short six months’ time.

We quickly found out there are reasons why these jeans look the way they do. There aren’t many activities that Jordan hasn’t done in them, from seeing theme parks to swimming in the ocean, and even some that make us question his indigo addiction. He tells us that he sleeps in them every night, sometimes even flipping them inside out so while he’s dreaming of fades he’s still working on achieving them. To each his own, and for what it’s worth we commend you Jordan.
