We save the best for Fade Friday, folks, and here is another pair of outstanding jeans to kick off your weekend. Indonesia strikes again, with this pair of Wingman Denim Okayama 16oz., worn by Ganang Dwinanda everyday for just over a year.
The wear pattern on Ganag’s jeans is incredibly strong. He’s created super defined creasing throughout, notably those that claw down towards the knee, and if we had “Whisker Wednesday”, these jeans would be a sure contender with their three-dimensional fades. The dye has managed to hold itself well after just 2 washes and 1 soak. The latter has allowed the fades to burst through with high contrast, especially the honeycombs, which wrap around to the heavily worn knees. And don’t forget that money wallet fade!
With just over a year of wear, Ganang has got some serious fades into these Wingmans, and with some indigo left to work with, they can only get better.
You can catch Ganang over on Instagram.
