Fade of the Day – Elhaus Warbonnet (11 Months, 2 Washes, 1 Soak)

Although still a relatively small brand in today’s ever-growing raw denim market, Elhaus first made waves years ago by producing the first handwoven raw jean. As impressive as that was, it’s nice to see the brand continue to show up in our fade inbox, like this pair of Warbonnets sent in by Eka Truna of Indonesia which is today’s Fade of the Day.

These jeans show a lot of promise for a mere 11 months of total wear, with only two washes and one soak thus far. Typically, honeycomb fades take the cake on slimmer jeans in this fade timeframe, but in this case it’s nice to see the whiskering at the forefront, which matches the knee fades nicely.

With plenty of life left in them, we wouldn’t be surprised to see these bad boys back in a year with some grail-worthy fades.
