Shockoe Atelier and Division Road, Inc. Launch Two-Piece Khaki Kit

Growing up as a Boy Scout, I participated in all sorts of activities, ranging from day trips hiking the White Mountains of New Hampshire to week long ‘High Adventures’ sailing around the Florida Keys. A lot of these experiences shaped who I am today, but one thing I never liked to do as a Scout was put on my khaki uniform. It was boxy, uncomfortable, and straight up dorky looking. As an adult, I’m graced with some more graceful options when it comes to khakis, such as the new Shockoe Atelier and Division Road, Inc. collaboration two-piece kit.

The top half of this new release is the Field Shirt in selvedge khaki twill. It’s produced with an exclusive unwashed 9oz. organic cotton fabric, one that’s light enough to move in yet sturdy enough to put to work. Crafted as more of an over shirt than anything else, this outer layer features slash front pockets and flap chest pockets with leather reinforced debossed hardware, while snap buttons throughout make for easy on-and-off transitions.

Up next, you’ll find the matching Modern pants, a fit that’s exclusive to Division Road and that’s also offered in the same 9oz. selvedge khaki twill. While you probably won’t wear the two together (though we won’t laugh if you do), every guy needs a solid pair of khakis in his closet because, to put it simply, it’s hard to find a more versatile pair of pants. They’re cut with a mid rise and standard seat and thigh that tapers down below the knee, offering mobility and comfort with a modern silhouette. For features, you’ll find rolled and tucked belt loops with a lock-stitched yoke and two piece waistband with high density serging on the fly and inseam for added durability.

Available from $195-$225 at Division Road, Inc.
