Fade of the Day – Fullcount 1110 WWII (2 Years, 4 Washes, 2 Soaks)

As one of the Osaka 5, Fullcount is definitely a brand we don’t see enough of in Fade Of The Day. This is surprising, considering they produce such solid fades, like the ones found on this pair of 1110 WWII, belonging to Heddels reader Frankie Leung of Hong Kong.

Frankie didn’t tell us about his daily activities, but the damaged back pocket, crotch, and knee would suggest he’s worn them pretty hard. Whiskers and honeycombs have emerged through the indigo, with a subtleness that comes from the super-soft Zimbabwe cotton used on these Fullcounts. As well as the pocket fades, the finishing touch is the faint train-track fades running down the outseams, which is always nice to see!

The arcs have worn off entirely, suggesting these jeans are coming to the end of the road, but some well-conducted repairs could see them through some more years to come.
