Tender Co. has made a name for themselves by effortlessly combining minimalist styling and unique construction methods. In the case of these Type 423 Wallaby Tail Shirts, they incorporated a selection of naturally sourced dyes along with their reinterpreted kangaroo (or I guess, wallaby) pockets.
Offered in a total of three colorways, these shirts are all cut from the same woven English blue and white ticking fabric and were originally meant to be worn as a middle layer between an undershirt and a scratchier animal hair outer layer. Two of these colorways include dyes made with natural fermented indigo and red wattle – a thorny tree native to Australia. Other features include a deep front and long tail, with pleated cuffs, reversed plackets and melamine buttons.
