Today’s Fade Of The Day came from an anonymous submission, in form of this pair of RRL Slim Bootcut. All we know about these jeans is that they’ve seen water six times in 18 months of wear. Though we don’t know the owner’s story, we can still sit back and admire the fades like we always do.
Bootcut jeans might not be for everyone, but the low rise and slim thighs on this pair have sure helped fade the lap and create some lovely whiskers. As for the back, the honeycombs are tight and subtle, and the arcs are wearing away nicely. And because the dye loss is pretty even throughout, aside from the almost-white thighs, we’re left with a vintage Americana-style wash — just how the folks at RRL would probably like it.
