Knickerbocker Mfg. Co. x D’Emploi Suede Souvenir Mail Bag

True story:  My father was once a mailman (which translates to “postman” for those of you in the U.K., what’s up). And while the calling of the mailman/postman is a humble yet noble one, I doubt my dad’s government issue bag was as cool as this one from Knickerbocker Mfg. Co.

A collaborative effort between KMFG and D’Emploi, the Souvenir Mail Bag is addressed to those with some fairly straightforward needs enveloped in a notably more rugged package. For starters, they’ve taken KFMG’s classic Mail Bag and built it out of 3-4oz. suede instead of canvas. They’ve also replaced the cotton webbing straps for 7oz. buffalo leather for beefier handling. An inside pocket holds a notebook and slots two pens while custom KMFG brass snaps close up the whole thing.

Available for $135 at Knickerbocker Mfg. Co.
