Though many of our fade submissions would suggest otherwise, you don’t need to rock a $200 pair of jeans to earn some quality fades. Tuan Dang of Vietnam has been wearing these Levi’s 511 Rigid Dragons for just six months and already the fades are a comin’.
Through a mix of bike riding, daily work, one ocean wash, and wearing them during the summer months, Tuan is making some serious headway on his 511s. Because of their light denim weight and slim fit, the wear marks developed quickly especially in the waist, thighs and knees.
He’s got some tight whiskering starting to form, matched with even tighter honeycombs. While we aren’t seeing the most amount of contrast here, there’s still plenty of wear time to come for these Levi’s.
