What you’re looking at here is an unsanforized 17.50z “Aizome” (all natural indigo) hank-dyed denim, dyed by hand in Tokushima, Japan using Japanese grown Indigofera plant leaves. The yarns that make up this fabric were repeatedly dipped a minimum of 25 times to achieve the deep and saturated final product. What does this mean for your fades? A true and literal pure blue, with more pop than any chemically-dyed denim. The AI-003 is cut in a slim tapered fit and features a five button fly, blue selvedge ID, and lambskin leather back patch. While they aren’t exactly cheap, the results could make every penny worth it.
