It’s time for Fade Of The Day, and we have some thrift-shop fades coming from the U.K. Heddels reader Dan Green, of Bristol, picked up this pair of Uniqlo MIJ Regular Straight from a charity shop four years ago, and he’s since put in regular weekend-warrior wear to earn some solid fades.

Dan tells us these Uniqlos already had the vertical laundry fades when he purchased them, but he stuck with the process and it looks like it was worth it. Countless washes mean the honeycombs and whiskers are restrained, but the roping down the inseams and hems bring subtle charm and character to the mix. The faded-to-white thighs are the star of the show, and we have some nice train-track fades down the outseams as a bonus.
