SF-based jeans-maker Tellason and Malton, England-based bag-maker Croots have two different areas of expertise, yet follow similar (and strict) codes: sourcing the best domestic components they can to produce best-in-class products under one roof. The two companies must have admired each other from afar as they have joined forces for a special collaborative duffel bag that acts as a meeting of the minds for the two notable marks.
And it was an impressive meeting. Highlighting each brand’s talents, The Tellason x Croots Duffel Bag features english bridal leather and brass hardware — for a level of sophistication one usually wouldn’t associate with Tellason’s hard-wearing jeans — and was made with a 16.5oz. Cone Mills White Oak selvedge denim—steering Croots’ design away from their standard airport/board room/shooting ground fare. The end result is familiar enough for customers loyal to either brand, but fresh enough to get ’em to bite.
This one measures 22″ x 11,” was made in England and is available at Tellason for $499.
