Myrtle Beach, South Carolina’s Dick Todd sent in pics of his two-year-old 3sixteen ST-100x’s and we agree they look pretty sweet so we made them today’s Fade Of The Day.

It’s a little hard to tell from the pictures, but we can see some real nice fades after two years of development. Whiskers start horizontally at the lap and point towards the knees as they run farther down the thigh. While there has been heavy indigo depletion at the front thigh, there’s still enough retention shadowing the whiskers to provide for some good contrast. Plenty of dark indigo retention at the shin makes all those fades up top ‘pop’ and a couple of tears near the front pocket bags highlight the action.

Around back we find even indigo depletion throughout, aside from some retention within the clusters of honeycombs. Can these jeans hold on much longer? That’s for Dick to try and us to see later on!
