Fade of the Day – A.P.C. Petit Standard (2.5 Years, 1 Wash, 1 Soak)

It’s fade time yet again here at Heddels and we’ve got another pair of sweet blues for you to feast your eyes on. These A.P.C. Petit Standards were worn by Wesley Atkinson of Atlanta, Georgia, for the last two and a half years, and he finally deemed them ready for the rest of the denim community to enjoy.

Everyday wear and regular yard work all helped to contribute to Wesley’s fades, which include some sweet whiskers that transition down into perfect thigh and knee fades. You can tell how long these honeycombs have been forming from all of the stress points in the folds, looking like the ones that many of us often see first in the creases of our cuffs (if you’re a cuff kind of guy).

And speaking of cuffs, these ones here are plenty thrashed, too. But all things considered, these jeans still have life left in them.
