Viberg has tapped Nigel Cabourn, yet again, to sprinkle that sought after Nigel Dust over their footwear. That Nigel Dust doesn’t work 100% of the time — cough… the Fred Perry x Nigel Cabourn table tennis attire collection… cough — but when it comes to boots, Cabourn rarely goes AWOL, delivering again with this exclusive chukka design.
The second Chukka to emerge with both marks stamped inside the insole, this go ’round features a functional pull tab/laces loop in the back, a stitched Broad-Arrow detail between the vamp and toebox (because why not), and features an Aged Bark Roughout full-grain suede upper, which is tanned at “an American tannery,” oddly vague for a leather with six identifiers, but we’re not complaining.
The shoe is handmade in Canada on a sand-colored Vibram 2060 sole, and the finished product undoubtedly contribute to Nigel’s unabated good mood as seen on Instagram.
