Unmarked Handmade Mexican Señor Boots

Building upon the rich tradition from which they were inspired, Mexican bootmakers Unmarked just dropped a fresh pair of leather clompers that are equal parts spiffy and sturdy. Named the Señor Boots, this pair contains all of the refined craftsmanship that boot freaks can expect in a high-end pair of leather boots, with some unique features to help stand out in the crowd.

Right off the bat, we’re hit with a full veg tan leather upper with a leather lining and even a veg tan insole–that’s a whole lot of leather. These boots feature a handsome Goodyear-welted Vibram 700 outsole atop a composition midsole for support and Poron heel cushion for comfort.

Unlike many of the major corporations that have outsourced manufacturing to Mexico for the cost-effectiveness of underpaid and overworked labor, Unmarked makes a point to note that they pay a fare wage and are proud of every pair of handmade boots that leaves their facility. And that’s something to wear with pride.

Available for $315 at Unmarked.
