Today’s Fade Of The Day points our attention towards a pair of sweet Uniqlo Slim Selvedge Raw’s, owned by Jack Bergeron from Boulder, CO.
It’s good to keep in mind that fades are obtainable from any raw denim garment, as they aren’t exclusive to the most limited or expensive jeans on the market. Denim is a workwear fabric after all, not a textile of luxury. Jack’s owned his pair of Uniqlo’s for just a couple years—washing them about every four months or so—and has some great looking jeans on his hands (or legs, if you will).
The overall point that Jack’s pair drives home is that so long as you just wear raw denim, you won’t have to spend a fortune to eventually achieve the results we all covet. Honeycombs, whiskers, a fairly wide range of indigo loss, and some distressing in spots are very pronounced and looking great.
