A true classic, the Levi’s Type III Trucker Jacket, is checking in for this edition of Fade of the Day. This one comes to us courtesy of Jackson Vue from Portland, Oregon. These jackets are notoriously stubborn to fade, but Jackson has done well to earn some nice patina after just 13 months of wear.

Jackson tells us this is his everyday jacket. Whether it’s wearing it around the office or whilst running errands in rainy Portland, he’s got it on. The result? Foundations for some solid fades. Aside from the elbow honeycombs, which have set themselves in strong, the denim looks to have broken in, become more supple, and is now developing subtle roping on all seams.
