White men can’t jump, but denimheads certainly can! Especially now that Jordan Brand has teamed up with Levi’s to create a special edition of the iconic Jordan IV with a blue jeans twist.
The collaboration gives the Jordan IV a denim-makeover, with the upper and sections of the midsole constructed from contrasting panels of washed denim. The paper patch has been lifted from the waist and grafted onto tongue of the shoe. And, the legendary Jumpman takes the place of the usual two-horse logo. The requisite red tab is placed on the right shoe and the pair is tightened up with indigo laces.
Highly anticipated and due for release on January 17th, this collaboration is sure to be a slam dunk with denim and sneaker heads alike.
