The folks at North Carolina’s Raleigh Denim Workshop sure know how to shake things up when it comes to putting an interesting spin on traditional menswear staples. Case in point: their new Classic Chevron Slub shirt, which utilizes a fabric that likely doesn’t appear much in your wardrobe.
If you can’t tell from the pictures or title, this thing is slubby. Constructed from a 70% Cotton / 20% Acrylic / 5% Poly / 5% Nylon blend fabric with texture for days, this tailored button down shirt almost appears to take on an oversized herringbone pattern from afar. Both insanely soft and incredibly comfy, this one should wear well as a casual overshirt or dressed up at the office.
Really letting the fabric own the spotlight, this shirt comes minimally detailed with a single chest buttoned pocket, buttoned collar, and a classic fit. But what else do you really need?
