3sixteen’s back in the fade game with this pair of Filson–edition ST-100x’s, submitted to us by Ritesh Patel, from L.A. After putting them through their paces for two years, Ritesh has some fine fades that are perfect for this edition of Fade of the Day.

Ritesh told us that nothing but good ol’ daily wear led to the fades we’re seeing here. No repairs have been needed yet, but Ritesh lost count of how many times he’s washed these 3sixteens, which might explain the intense dye loss in the lap.

Those whiskers and creases that shoot across the icy white thighs are matched by the strong roping that’s developed down the flat-felled inseam and hems, and the seat has worn down nicely, too. And just for good measure, some subdued honeycombs behind the knees complete the look.
