It’s time for a slice of faded goodness, and today we have a pair of Gustin Heavy American jeans that are living up their name with some powerful, heavyweight fades. NYC-based Kris Chu has been wearing these jeans for two-and-a-half years, earning a solid wear pattern that makes the cut for this edition of Fade of the Day.

All the usual suspects are out in force here—a heavily faded lap adorned with whiskers, crocked back pockets with an icy-white pocket fade, and a set of shredded honeycombs that stack up and up. We’ve also got some strong stack fades towards the hems, which have developed some roping fades of their own as a bonus.
