Cone Mills may no longer be in operation, but its legacy will live on in forever in fade form. To prove just that, we’re shining the spotlight on this pair of Zace Denim USA Limited Cone Mills Jeans, submitted to us by Ken, a Heddels reader form New York state.
Ken’s been wearing his Zace jeans for two years now, putting in some hard work during that time. Tree farming, welding, blacksmithing, and traveling are all part of Ken’s fade recipe, which has cooked up some solid results. Heavy dye loss has occurredw in the lap, and he’s got some nice whiskers and a pocket fade emerging through the faded 15 oz. denim.
While there’s a lack of honeycombs here, the patina on the pocket details and extra seams level things out, and make Ken’s jeans a cracking Fade of the Day.
