Paraboot x Arpenteur Malo Shoes

If you’ve been sleeping on French shoe brand, Parabootyou shouldn’t be. But that being said, their collaboration with Arpenteur might be sort of a strange jumping off point. The footwear brand, best known for their meticulous made-in-France construction and Norwegian welted soles, has neglected both of those time-honored tradition for this one.

The result of this French fashion alliance is the Malo Deck Shoe, which is a far cry from your average Paraboot shoe, but something that fits well into Arpenteur’s Spring/Summer lineup. Full-grain leather uppers make for a shoe that’s far more resilient than your average boating shoe, and heavy rubber lug soles should help you keep your footing aboard your yacht. The shoes feature a Blake construction, were made in Spain, and feature Arpenteur’s signature, Hergé-esque cartoons on the insole.

These preppy boaters can be found at Oi Polloi for $384.
