Coming in by way of the Philippines, today’s Fade Of The Day highlights a great-looking pair of one of the most iconic boot designs of all time, Red Wing’s 875 Classic 6-inch Moc-Toe.
Mifflin Mabalot has worn these puppies hard over the course of four-and-a-half years, and for all that hard wear, he’s also doled out a proportional amount of maintenance and care. He’s applied a variety of waterproofing and conditioning compounds, such as mink oil, beeswax, almond oil, and even hair serum to give a sheen to the leather, while also protecting it anda adding a lovely depth of color.
