There was a time when premium indigo jeans for women were few and far between, but brands like Railcar and Hiut Denim are among those who’ve provided the ladies some solid offerings over the past few years. And after a break from womenswear, Shockoe Atelier has returned to the women’s denim game with a pair of raw denim jeans made of 11oz. denim from Italy’s Candiani Mills.

Coming in a tapered fit with a high-mid rise dubbed the ‘S74,’ these jeans are made with a mix of 83% cotton, 13% eme, and 4% elastane to add a measure of comfort without compromising the silhouette. Made in Shockoe’s Richmond factory, they adhere to the brand’s usual high standards and are finished with classic five-pocket details, such as contrasting stitching, chainstitched hems, and black-coated copper rivets that will chip and wear down to show their natural tone over time.

Each pair is finished with a vegetable-tanned leather waist patch, and available for purchase from Shockoe Atelier for $198.
