It seems a trend is emerging with our Fade Of The Day feature. Boots have begun to make regular appearances, specifically Red Wings and SuperSoles at that!
These images are from Manchester, UK’s Wayne Buckley who’s worn these boots at work for over 3 years. He wanted to send in some “before” pictures of the boots in their current patinated state before he gives the leather its first thorough mink oil treatment.
Wayne has worn these boots hard; just check out the heavy erosion of the leather in many areas, but it seems like the boots are hanging in there. Now get that mink oil on there and keep up the good work!
