Back, but in black. Following the success of the navy 3sixteen x Viberg Gloxi-Cut Scout Boot back in 2016, the pair have joined forces once more to bring this boot back into the fray. Only this time, it’s got a pitch black Charcoal Chamois leather rendition.
Exclusive to 3sixteen, this tonal hide has been reversed on the quarter and part of the shaft but left smooth on the wrap-around heel counter and pull-tab, producing a contrasting palette of leather textures that will yield a diverse patina. This stealthy upper sits upon a Gloxi-Cut Vibram sole that 3sixteen promise is easy to break in due to the scored flex-points.
Each pair is made in Canada using Viberg’s 2030 last and Goodyear welt construction, allowing the boot to be re-soled with ease. And as well as the rawhide laces shown in the images, these boots also ship with tonal flat waxed laces.
