Can you imagine if someone told Levi Strauss back in the late nineteenth-century that one day, people would obsessively admire the scuffs, fades, and creases of his riveted jeans? Who knows how he would have reacted. But it’s true, we love a good ol’ pair of faded Levi’s, and this pair of 511 jeans from Danny in Colorado are no exception.
American-blue denim, worn-down thighs, and a whole host of charming imperfections. Danny tells us he earned these fades through his weekend activities, which include biking, walking, and working in his wood shop. As well as some solid whiskers and honeycombs, these Levi’s have developed some vintage-style roping on the hems and strong train track fades down the outseam.
