Clutch Cafe has brought a whole host of premium labels to the bustling streets of central London, and Belafonte is a shining example of the high quality Japanese craftsmanship that flows throughout the store. The Tokyo-based brand is known for re-imagining early twentieth century workwear and they’ve hit the nail on the head with this Ragtime Hammeralls Denim Shirt.
Built from a lightweight 10 oz. (but heavy for shirting) raw selvedge denim, this shirt features a dual-pocket popover construction with a four button placket. Coming in a traditional boxy fit, this piece can be worn as an outer layer, or tucked into some wide-legged chinos for a solid 1920s look. Each shirt features donut button closures throughout, adjustable cuffs, and selvedge detail gussets.
Available at Clutch Cafe for £315 ($240 USD).
