First Settlement Goods Plainsman 113 Belts

Following the release of their collaboration with Thorogood, Context Clothing has introduced the perfect leather accessory companion—the Plainsman 113 Belts from First Settlement Goods.

The Horween Plainsman leather is beautiful stuff. Context has chosen a material that is both chrome-tanned and veg-tanned, opting to not refinish the grain with the signature sheen of a chrome-tanned leather. The leather is faithful to Horween’s Chromexcel offerings with a buttery soft hand, and versatile. Despite it’s deceiving matte surface, it’s the good stuff.

You can find two variations of the belt: the Standard 1 1/2” belt, and the Chino 1 1/4” belt. The belts match in silhouette, and are accented with some nice brass single prong buckles, easy to remove brass chicago screws to match, and a leather keeper to thread the not-oft-seen asymmetrical belt end shape through.

Available at Context Clothing for $115-130.
