Unmarked’s Back Briefcase Separates Itself from the Rest of the Packs

Finding a leather bag with the right design for the right price at a decent quality is a delicate balancing act. Taking a stab at the problem is Unmarked and their sleek Back Briefcase which, if you couldn’t tell by the name, fuses the form factor of a briefcase with the functionality of a backpack.

The bag features a semi-vegetable-tanned leather body with English bridle leather straps, USA-made brass hardware, and Spanish-made zippers. Inside the flap closure is the main compartment where you’ll find an interior laptop sleeve so your precious work laptop won’t be jostling around as you trek from meeting to meeting. And, a removable pouch that easily snaps in and out keeps this bag separated from the rest of the packs. Just south of $500 is still a lot of money, but for a leather bag you’ll have for years that artfully checks all the boxes, it’s kind of a steal.

Available for $440 at Unmarked.
