It’s time for our Fade Of The Day! Tim Donohue, from Portland, Maine, submitted his pair of Joel The Rough by Companion Denim and they sure look great. Let’s give ’em a look!

With just regular, everyday wear, Tim has been able to get these made-to-order jeans to bloom, loosen, and release enough indigo to let the 15 oz. denim show its true, streaky nature. Of course, the high-contrast fades are looking great too, as are the scars and repairs from a crotch blow out.

At this point, these jeans practically look like sandpaper, although we hope they doesn’t feel that way.
