Left Field’s Latest Jeans Will Save Your Skin (Hopefully They Don’t Have To)

I’m more of a 4-door sedan type of guy, but if I ever chose to operate a two-wheeled death machine, I’d probably make sure to wear Left Field‘s latest pair of jeans. Made in their most generous cut, the Charles Atlas fit, the jeans are already plenty tough thanks to a 24oz. selvedge denim from Nihon Menpu.

Add the 15% Kevlar to the warp and the weft, and you’ve got a pair of jeans that could last you through the next century if not 10 seconds of skidding across the asphalt. And, so that they look like a regular ol’ pair of blue jeans, the kevlar threads are wrapped in cotton threads so they don’t give off that weird yellow tint. Who wants jaundice jeans anyway?
