Standard & Strange Release Another Japan-Exclusive Pair of Red Wing Boots

When Standard & Strange gets together with Red Wing (and other branches of Red Wing), good things happen—like the Flat Toe Beckman Black Klondike Boot. Named for the founder of Redwing’s Beckman Collection, Charles Beckman, these are a classic style that will assuredly grow into a well-worn boot.

Reserved for the Japanese market, Standard & Strange have managed to bring this baby stateside, so you know the stock will go fast. The boot is made with a wonderful Black Klondike tea-core leather which gives way to brown coloration in the aging process. Other features include an unstructured toe (signature of the 9060 “flatbox” style), Puritan triple-stitched uppers, black eyelets, Gro-cord medallion sole, and Goodyear welt, all manufactured in the USA. S&S keep the list of grail boots ever-growing.

Available for $360 at Standard & Strange.
