There are certain things you can always count on and good fades from 22 oz. denim is one of them. Pennsylvania’s Shane David Smith’s Naked & Famous Elephant 6 Broken Twill Weird Guys confirm this old rule. So much so that we made them our Fade of the Day.
Shane’s jeans are only at the 8-month mark, but we’re already seeing all the signs of a legendary pair of jeans. The denim is getting a bit lighter, mainly from the knee up towards the waist, and it’s in that area, front and back, that the contrast is the most significant. With a little more time, this pair has the potential to look spectacular. Particularly with the honeycombs that nearly drop all the way to the floor!
