Companion’s back with perhaps the most warming, most durable take of the Type III trucker jacket yet. Known for their superb construction, Companion crafts their garments with no exposed seams. As you may have assumed, this greatly increases durability, and as you have likely additionally assumed, it greatly increases the amount of time it takes to produce each piece. But some things are worth the wait, right?

With the coming cold in mind, Companion chose to line this tough-as-nails jacket with traditional wool Moroccan blankets, which is a nice break from the usual blanket linings denim jackets. Even more, there are 24 different blankets to choose from! There are a ton of other details such as the addition of inner pockets and fleece lined hand-warmer pockets to go along with the classic front pockets every Type III is adorned with, padded sleeves with chambray lining, selvedge hanger and inside cuffs, copper rivets and an oiled veg tanned leather patch.
