A raw denim journey starts with a single step. A likely stiff, uncomfortable, and awkward step, but a step nonetheless. Mason Olrich of Michigan took his first step in these Japan Blue JB0626 jeans about five months ago and he is well on his way. And that’s why they’re today’s Fade of the Day.

The initial fades in this pair are just starting to pop as this tapered pair of indigo denim have finally molded to his legs. There are many more steps to be taken, and we’re looking forward to where they take him.
